Projects PSI PLUS: Support to Children and Youngsters Victims of Violence

Objetivo principal:
Promover a inclusão social e combater a pobreza e a discriminação.

Objetivo central:
Reforçar a prestação de apoio psicológico, gratuito e especializado, a crianças e jovens vítimas de violência doméstica por parte das estruturas de atendimento e das respostas de acolhimento da APAV que integram a Rede Nacional de Apoio às Vítimas de Violência Doméstica e que atuam no território das comunidades intermunicipais do Alto Alentejo, do Cávado, do Douro e da Lezíria do Tejo.

Principais atividades:

1. Prestar apoio psicológico a crianças e jovens vítimas de violência doméstica.

Resultados esperados:

1. Melhorar as respostas e serviços de atendimento, apoio e acompanhamento psicológico a crianças/jovens vítimas de violência doméstica;
2. Garantir que um maior número de crianças/jovens vítimas de violência doméstica dos territórios alvo têm acesso a respostas e serviços de atendimento, apoio e acompanhamento.

Promote social inclusion and fight poverty and discrimination.

Central objective:
To reinforce the provision of psychological support to children/youngsters victims of domestic violence by APAV’s victim support services, as part of the National Support Network for Victims of Domestic Violence, in the territories of the Intermunicipal Community of Alto Alentejo, Cávado, Douro and Lezíria do Tejo.

Main activities:

1. Provision of psychological support for children/youngsters victims of domestic violence.

Expected results:

• To improve responses and services for assistance and psychological support of children/youngsters victims of domestic violence;
• To ensure that a greater number of children/youngsters victims of domestic violence from the target territories have access to assistance and support.
