Project PENÉLOPE | about domestic violence in Southern Europe

 

Objectivos: desenvolvimento de um relatório sobre o estado da violência doméstica nos países do Sul da Europa (Portugal, Espanha, Itália, França e Grécia); traçar o perfil da intervenção desenvolvida em cada país, aos níveis governamental e não-governamental; traçar um perfil da legislação e tramitação processual em cada país, bem como prospectivas relativamente ao trabalho até então desenvolvido no enquadramento europeu.

Parceiros nacionais: Instituto Superior de Polícia Judiciária e Ciências Criminais; Universidade Católica Portuguesa.

Parceiros Transnacionais: Comissión para la Investigación de Malos Tratos a Mujeres (Espanha); ARFOG (França); Università del Terzo Settore (Itália); Research Centre for Women’s Affairs (Grécia).

Duração: 30 de Dezembro de 2002 a 30 de Novembro de 2003

Projecto promovido pela Associação Portuguesa de Apoio à Vítima (APAV) e co-financiado pela Comissão Europeia no âmbito do Programa DAPHNE – Combate à Violência exercida contras as crianças, os jovens e as mulheres.

 

Objectives: to develop a report on the situation of domestic violence in the southern European countries (Portugal, Spain, Italy, France and Greece); to create a profile of the intervention models developed in each country, within governmental and non-governmental organizations; to create a profile of the legislative framework and the legal proceedings in each country, as well as the work created until then, bearing in mind the European policies and intervention models.
