Project Victims & Mediation
Objectivos: contribuir para a protecção dos direitos e interesses das vítimas de crimes no âmbito da mediação vítima-infractor; promoção da cooperação transfronteiriça e intercâmbio de boas práticas; promoção da troca de informação e do desenvolvimento de estudos e investigação.

Projecto promovido pela Associação Portuguesa de Apoio à Vítima (APAV) e co-financiado pela Comissão Europeia no âmbito do Programa AGIS - acções para promover a cooperação policial e judicial em assuntos penais.
No âmbito deste Projecto, a APAV publicou o Manual Victims & Mediation onde se encontram compilados valiosos contributos na área da Justiça Restaurativa, designadamente no que se refere à partilha, a um nível transnacional, das melhores práticas em termos de protecção e promoção dos direitos e interesses na mediação vítima-infractor. Esta publicação está também disponível em inglês.
Objectives: to contribute to the protection of the rights of victim and the interests of the victims of crime within the victim-offender mediation; to promote a transnational cooperation and interchange best practices; to promote the exchange of information and the development of studies and research.

Project promoted by the Portuguese Association for Victim Support (APAV) and co-financed by the European Commission under the AGIS Programme - actions to promote police and judicial cooperation in criminal affairs
Under this Project, the APAV published the Manual “Victims & Mediation”, where valuable contributions can be found from the Restorative Justice field, namely referred to the transnational exchange of best practices in terms of protection and promotion of the victims´ rights and interests in victim-offender mediation. This publication is available in Portuguese and in English.
