Project Victims in Europe
Objectivos: aferir a implementação da Decisão-Quadro do Conselho Europeu de 15 de Março de 2001, relativa ao estatuto da vítima em processo penal, em cada um dos 27 Estados-Membro da União Europeia; fazer uma análise comparativa da implementação do primeiro “instrumento legal de natureza vinculativa” de aplicação internacional no que concerne as vítimas de crime nos 27 Estados-Membro, de uma forma sistematizada e consistente.

No âmbito deste Projecto, a APAV publicou uma pioneira análise comparativa sobre a implementação da Decisão-Quadro de 15 de Março de 2001, relativa ao estatuto da vítima em processo penal nos 27 Estados-Membro da União Europeia.
Objectives: to assess the implementation of the Framework-Decision from the European Council of the 15th of March 2011 on the standing of victims in criminal proceedings in each of the 27 Member-States of the European Union; to do a systematic and consistent comparative analysis of the “legal instrument of binding nature” of the international application in regards to the victims of crime in the 27 Member-States.
