Objectivos: contribuir para o incremento da informação à vítima de crime sobre o sistema de justiça penal, os seus direitos e a forma de os exercer nos países parceiros - Escócia, Polónia e Alemanha.
Parceiros nacionais: Direção-Geral da Administração da Justiça (DGAJ); Polícia de Segurança Pública (PSP).
Parceiros transnacionais: Victim Support Scotland (Escócia); Subvenia Victima (Polónia); Weisser Ring Austria (Áustria); Weisser Ring Germany (Alemanha).
