Project Integrated Response Support System for Victims of Crime
Objetivos: Contribuir para a proteção dos direitos das vítimas de crime, seus familiares e amigos. Alargamento do horário de atendimento telefónico às vítimas de crime, suas famiílias e amigos, das 9h às 20h; melhorar o acesso aos serviços de apoio à vítima através do alargamento do horário telefónico, da divulgação dos serviços de apoio à vítima e implementação de uma intervenção integrada de apoio a vítimas de crime, potenciada pelo sistema a desenvolver. Contribuir para a redução da vitimação secundária e repetida através do desenvolvimento, teste e implementação de um sistema de resposta integrada, bem como: formação a Técnicos de Apoio à Vítima (TAC); resposta integrada e de apoio em horário alargado, permitindo agir de forma imediata e eficaz, reduzindo a vitimação secundária e repetida.
Duração: 12 meses, com início a 14 de Outubro de 2013
Projeto promovido pela Associação Portuguesa de Apoio à Vítima (APAV) e co-financiado pela Fundação EDP ao abrigo do Programa EDP Solidária.
Objectives: to contribute to the protection of the rights of victims of crime, their families and friends; to extend the opening hours of the helpline for the support of victims of crime, their families and friends from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.; to improve the access to the victim support services through the extension of the opening hours of the helpline, the disclosure of the services available to support the victim and the implementation of an integrated response for victims of crime, enhanced by the system to be developed. to contribute to the reduction of the secondary and repeat victimization by developing, testing and implementing an integrated response system, as well as: training for the Victim Support Specialists (TAV - Técnicos de Apoio à Vítima); an integrated respond and an extended hours support allowing an immediate and effective response reducing the secondary and repeat victimization.
