Project IMPACT | Social Impact on Victim Support

 

Objetivos: Contribuir para a melhoria contínua e o reforço do reconhecimento externo da APAV através: da implementação de um sistema de avaliação organizacional, centrado na melhoria da performance value for money); da integração do sistema de avaliação organizacional no Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade da APAV; do reforço do reconhecimento externo da APAV enquanto uma organização de excelência na sua área de intervenção.

Duração: 1 de Outubro de 2014 a 30 de Setembro de 2015

Projeto promovido pela Associação Portuguesa de Apoio à Vítima, aprovado no âmbito da linha de financiamento Cidadania Activa – Fundação Calouste Gulbenkian – EEA Grants e desenvolvido com o apoio da Noruega, Islândia e Liechtenstein

Objectives: To contribute to the continuous improvement and externally recognized efforts of the APAV by way of: the implementation of a management system focused on performance, based on the principles of value for money; the merge of the management system with the Quality Management System (SGQ) from the APAV; the reinforcement of the externally recognition of the APAV as an organization of excellence in its area of intervention.

Duration: 12 months, from the 1st of October 2014 until the 30th of September 2015
