Objetivo Central:
Otimizar as respostas do Gabinete de Apoio à Vítima (GAV) de Santarém, fortalecendo a sua intervenção no apoio a vítimas de violência doméstica e de género, bem como a sua ação ao nível da prevenção e sensibilização para estas temáticas.
Resultados:
1.Incrementar uma resposta e um nível diferenciado de intervenção e apoio a vítimas de violência doméstica e de género.
2.Desenvolver recursos técnicos para a intervenção e encaminhamento de situações de violência doméstica e de género, através da capacitação e envolvimento ativo de diferentes profissionais e entidades de diferentes contextos de intervenção.
3.Informar e sensibilizar grupos vulneráveis e grupos estratégicos da região para as temáticas da violência doméstica e de género.
Principais atividades:
1.Criação e implementação de redes/parcerias com entidades locais, governamentais ou não-governamentais;
2.Preparação de equipas de apoio à ação da entidade, nomeadamente através da realização de workshops para profissionais sobre como identificar e referenciar situações de violência doméstica e de género para o GAV de Santarém;
3.Desenvolvimento de Manual de Atendimento/Encaminhamento de vítimas de violência doméstica, de género e de outros crimes ou formas de vitimação associados;
4.Desenvolvimento de sistemas informatizados de apoio à gestão, através da implementação de uma Plataforma Online de Gestão de Atendimentos, que permitirá reunir informação útil sobre as necessidades identificadas em cada situação de violência doméstica e de género;
5.Dinamização de ações de sensibilização destinadas a profissionais e a crianças e jovens sobre as temáticas da violência doméstica e de género;
6.Realização de avaliação de impacto social da operação.

Central objective:
Improve the responses of the Victim Support Office (GAV) from Santarém, strengthening their intervention in the support of victims of domestic violence and gender-based violence, as well as their actions in the domain of prevention and awareness raising.
Results:
1.Improve the response and the intervention and support of victims of domestic violence and gender-based violence;
2.Develop technical resources for the intervention and referral of victims of domestic violence and gender-based violence, building the capacity and promoting the active involvement of different professionals and entities of different contexts of intervention;
3.Inform and raise the awareness of vulnerable and strategic groups about domestic violence and gender-based violence.
Main Activities:
1.Creation and development of networks/partnerships with local entities, governmental or non-governmental;
2.Preparation of teams to support the intervention of the Victim Support Office from Santarém, through the facilitation of workshops for professionals about the identification and referral of victims of domestic violence and gender-based violence;
3.Development of a Handbook of Support/Referral of victims of domestic violence, gender-based violence and other related crimes or forms of victimisation;
4.Development of IT systems to management support, through the implementation of an online platform for the management of support services, that will enable to compile relevant information about the needs identified in each situation of domestic violence and gender-based violence;
5.Facilitation of awareness raising sessions for professionals, children and young people about domestic violence and gender-based violence;
6.Evaluation of the social impact of the operation.
