Objetivo central:
Implementar um plano de capacitação junto do GAV® do Alto Alentejo Oeste e da APAV para responder, com mais qualidade, às necessidades das vítimas de crime, minimizando os efeitos negativos do crime/violência e prevenindo a revitimação e criminalidade.
Resultados esperados:
1. Preparar o GAV® do Alto Alentejo Oeste e a APAV para uma gestão organizacional eficaz e eficiente dos recursos, atividades e beneficiários/as, otimizando processos e procedimentos.
2. Robustecer o modelo de criação de valor, comprovando a inovação, relevância e mais-valias da atuação da APAV e do GAV® do Alto Alentejo Oeste.
3. Criar evidências que atestem o impacto social da atuação junto das vítimas de crime e da população da região.
Principais atividades:
1. Desenvolver de um sistema de qualidade e de avaliação organizacional de apoio à gestão.
2. Criar e implementar de um sistema de avaliação de impacto.
3. Criar e divulgar um modelo de criação de valor da iniciativa.

Central objective:
To implement a capacity building plan at the Alto Alentejo Oeste Victim Support Office (GAV®) and at APAV aiming the improvement of the quality in the response towards the victims’ needs, thus decreasing the impact of crime/violence and fighting re-victimization and criminality.
Expected results:
1. To prepare the Alto Alentejo Oeste Victim Support Office (GAV®) and also APAV towards an efficient and effective organizational management of the recourses, activities and beneficiaries, enhancing mechanisms and proceedings.
2. To strengthen the model of creation of value, confirming the innovation, relevance and added-value of APAV’s and Alto Alentejo Oeste Victim Support Office’s intervention.
3. To develop evidences concerning the social impact of the intervention with victims of crime and with the targeted population.
Main activities:
1. To develop a quality and organizational assessment system for supporting the management mechanisms and proceedings.
2. To create and implement a system of impact evaluation.
3. To develop and disseminate a model of creation of value.
