Objetivo central:
O projeto visa o desenvolvimento de recursos digitais para capacitação de famílias ao nível da parentalidade digital para sensibilizar e educar as suas crianças para a cibersegurança, para a proteção face aos riscos online e para a não violência em contexto digital.

Principais atividades:
1. Desenvolver um Guia Prático para Famílias sobre Cibersegurança;
2. Realizar webinares para famílias, sobre cibersegurança, riscos online e estratégias de atuação;
3. Desenvolver e experimentar conteúdos informativos sobre cibersegurança junto de grupos de crianças e jovens.

Resultados esperados:
Promoveremos a capacitação das famílias para a proteção das suas crianças. As famílias estarão melhor informadas e preparadas para: supervisionar o uso da internet/TIC e promover a sua utilização segura; identificar sinais de risco e atuar, no caso de se suspeitar que a criança é alvo de violência. Serão também reforçadas as ferramentas disponíveis para entidades e profissionais da comunidade, no âmbito da prevenção da violência online, contribuindo para a construção de comunidades mais seguras.

Main objective:
The project aims to develop digital resources to train families in digital parenting in order to raise awareness and educate their children towards cybersecurity, protection from online risks and non-violence in digital contexts.

Main activities:
1. To develop a Practical Guide for Families on Cybersecurity;
2. To hold webinars for families on cybersecurity, online risks and action strategies;
3. To develop and trial information content on cybersecurity among groups of children and young people.

Expected outcomes:
We will promote families’empowerment in order to protect their children. Families will be better informed and prepared to: supervise the use of the internet/ICT and promote its safe use; identify signs of risk and take action in case of suspicion that a child is the target of violence; we will also reinforce the available tools within the community organisations and professionals, as part of the prevention of online violence, contributing to the establishment of safer communities.
