Entidade financiadora: Este projeto está a ser desenvolvido com o apoio financeiro do Plano de Recuperação e Resiliência (PRR) e da União Europeia, ao abrigo do investimento “Eficiência Energética em Edifícios de Serviços", enquadrado na Componente C13 do PRR. Conta também com o Fundo Ambiental, na qualidade de beneficiário intermediário.

Objetivo central:
Melhorar o desempenho energético do edifício/instalações da Casa de Abrigo SOPHIA da APAV, destinada ao acolhimento de mulheres e suas crianças vítimas de violência doméstica, através das seguintes medidas e intervenções:

  • Isolamento de paredes exteriores, pavimentos com garagem e coberturas exteriores;
  • Substituição do sistema de iluminação existente;
  • Instalação de sistema solar fotovoltaico;
  • Isolamento de Tubagens;
  • Auditorias energéticas e emissão de Certificado Energético.

Resultados esperados:

Alcançar uma redução estimada de energia primária de 36.8%.

Funding entity: This project is being developed with the financial support from the Recovery and Resilience Plan (RRP) and the European Union, under the "Energy Efficiency in Service Buildings" investment, from the part of Component C13 of the RRP. It also benefits from the Environmental Fund, acting as an intermediate beneficiary.

Central objective:
Improve the energy efficiency of the building/facility of SOPHIA Shelter, from APAV, a temporary shelter for women and their children who are victims of domestic violence, through the following measures and interventions:

  • Insulation of exterior walls, garage floors, and exterior roofs;
  • Replacement of the existing lighting system;
  • Installation of a solar photovoltaic system;
  • Insulation of pipes;
  • Energy audits and issuance of an Energy Certificate.

Expected results:

Achieve an estimated primary energy reduction of 36.8%.
